Upon full payment for a completed engagement, ownership of custom-built code, design assets, and content created specifically for your project transfers to you, as detailed in your services agreement. This website's own design, branding, and written content remain the property of YHWH YIREH.
4. Inquiries and Proposals
Submitting an inquiry through this site does not create a binding obligation on either party. A services agreement is only formed upon mutual written acceptance of a formal proposal.
5. Limitation of Liability
